Now We’re Talking is based on well-established conflict resolution principles that anyone can use. We’ll cover things like:
- What makes people feel attacked – and how to avoid it
- Keeping the focus on the problem, not the person
- Shifting from “who’s at fault” to “what can we do?”
It’s practical & down-to-earth, because you need more than cliches. We’ll reinforce the skills you already have, in a setting that’s safe, supportive, and maybe even fun. So that when that conversation happens, you’re ready to deal with it.
